вставил в subheader.php и пишет

хотя бы для начала сказал куда ты собираешься его вставить

в файл subheader.php который находиться в корне сайта я его прикрепил.... текст который нужно туда вставить чтобы работал в 1 сообщении

или другими словами нужно что бы он работал и был в шапке сайта на всех страницах
