перераспределить дисковое пространство при помощи Панели управления хостингом в разделе "Квоты"/"Управление квотами" ;
удалить ненужные файлы с Вашего виртуального сервера.

ребят, чего это значит по русски? Увеличивать, или посмотреть чем забит? Как?
