Вопросы по IP.Board 3.x.x

где их в цифры хотябы превратить? 
Подскажите как решить проблему. Хочу установить IPB 3.04. закачиваю файлы по FTP из UPLOAD в созданую папку forums. Запускаю в экплоере <a href="http://www.сайт.ru/forums/admin/install/index.php" target="_blank">http://www.сайт.ru/forums/admin/install/index.php</a> на что вылазиет одна строка

Когда запускаю <a href="http://www.сайт.ru/forums/Tools/check_requirements.php" target="_blank">http://www.сайт.ru/forums/Tools/check_requirements.php</a> то получаю:

While not required, the PHP JSON extension is recommended. The JSON extensions provides for improved efficiency in handling some functionality in IP.Board. If possible, we recommend you to install the json extension.
